Cllr Paul Forster (Chairman)

Born in Cumbria just after the Second World War,the family moved around the Britain due to my Father's employment in the hotel world. Later I was educated at a boarding school in Scotland before too going into the hotel business. After just over a 40 year's career, travelling around Britain and in the earlier part spending a year in France and another in Germany, I called it a day and took early retirement.

I have been married for 50 years and have a son and daughter, along with a grandson.

We moved to Kegworth 16 years ago as, having spent the majority of our lives in either towns or cities, we felt the need for village and country life.

I am an avid armchair follower of International rugby, having played for Scottish school boys, and the occasional football match. Up until three years ago I played the occasional round of golf.

I am now pleased to be involved with the village development by serving on the Parish council.
